I have always been an active listener. Human Resources seemed like a natural fit. It should be easy to treat others as you would like to be treated. Believing in the talents of each individual and not judging before getting to know someone. As someone who struggles with the interview process and not being great at articulating my talents, I have strived as a Human Resource professional to look beyond first impressions and try to get to the heart and dreams of an individual. It is by looking beyond polished resumes and fast talkers that you find true and dedicated individuals who just need a chance to shine. My goal is to improve an employee's professional development and support colleagues in their career advancement and relationships with other employees. By facilitating and overseeing conflict resolution, my passion is to create a positive workplace for everyone. It is not always an easy task with compliance regulations and differing corporate agendas, but I am dedicated to treating everyone fairly and identifying talent that align both the employee and employer interests.
