With over 15 years of experience across the food industry and property management sectors, I’ve built a career around adaptability, detail orientation, and a commitment to excellence. Currently, I’m the Quality Standards Manager at Chase Global Foods Inc, where I lead initiatives that ensure compliance with the BRCGS standard, drive internal audits, support supplier documentation, and foster a company-wide culture of food safety. I also mentor and manage staff, develop KPIs, and keep teams aligned through structured communication and training. Before stepping into quality assurance, I spent nearly a decade in accounting roles—managing financial reporting, and vendor relations across multiple organizations. This blend of finance and QA has given me a unique perspective on how operational efficiency and regulatory compliance go hand-in-hand. Most recently, I’ve been focusing on developing my leadership skills—sharpening my ability to guide teams, communicate across departments, and create collaborative environments where people feel empowered and heard. Whether I’m facilitating training sessions or setting KPIs, I aim to lead with purpose, empathy, and clarity. I’m certified in multiple BRCGS standards and practices, including HACCP, Internal Auditing, Risk Assessment, and Root Cause Analysis.
