About Diane Ramirez

Real estate is Diane Ramirez’s passion, and she can’t imagine doing anything else. Since 2001, she has successfully advised hundreds of clients and new agents through various economic landscapes and market trends. There is still nothing more exciting to her than seeing the looks on her clients’ faces when she says, “You got the house!” or “You have a great offer on your home!” Diane’s love of the industry started when she took a position as an escrow assistant at the Chicago Title Company in 1985. She worked her way up to escrow officer and served clients in that capacity until 2001. Diane also owned a thriving real estate company for 13 years and managed offices for national brokerages for 10. Her brilliant insight and versatile skill set allow her to easily maneuver through every transaction imaginable, from first-time purchases and investments to 1031 exchanges, foreclosures, fixers, and everything in between. Diane’s hands-on nature and friendly, collaborative style give her clients the exceptional support they deserve. She goes the extra mile by coordinating repairs and inspections, meeting and managing vendors, and she updates her clients weekly. Diane’s goal is that they have the critical, up-to-date information necessary to make the best decisions for their futures. Diane also proudly upholds the ethics and principles of the real estate community by serving on the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®’ Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee. This helps her keep a steady pulse on the ever-changing industry, which she passes along to her clients and her team at Key Realty. Diane is an Orinda native and third-generation Californian — her family has lived in Contra Costa County since 1920. She met her husband when she was a week old, and although they became friends immediately, they didn’t end up marrying until 2015.
