About Diane Scarpa

Helping others realize their career goals through continuous learning is truly my passion. As a Senior Learning and Development Advisor, I partner with leaders to achieve results through empowering highly engaged team members. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of developing and empowering the most effective and dynamic leaders possible. As a Culture Champion for FedEx, I have coached and consulted new leaders in many roles to find their best selves as a leader so that they can support and grow their teams. Before joining the FedEx Talent and Culture team, I held various management and leadership positions within the FedEx Companies, with responsibilities for people development and business unit success. In addition to working at FedEx, I have also led successful teams in the retail industry, focusing on driving sales, increasing the customer experience, and growing the team. When not on the job, I enjoy being outdoors with my family and helping others in and around my community.
