About Diane Steinbis

I have been working in Medical Office Administration for over 17 years. I started working for a small physical therapist office in where I experienced the growth of a small office into a leading physical therapist company in North San Diego County. I started as a front desk receptionist and in five years became the Lead Office Manager overseeing 5 offices with 5 office administrators under me. As the company continued to grow, I was able to gain HIPPA compliance certification and continued education for medical office administration. After working 10 years at Gaspar Physical Therapy, I took time away to get married and start a family. After 5 years of raising my children I was able to reenter the work force by joining Oceanside Therapy Group, Inc. For the last 2 years I have been working in a pediatric clinic for children with special needs as a Medical Billing Specialist. Oceanside Therapy Group has given me the opportunity to learn new skills and I truly love what I do.
