I provide a non-judgmental environment where you will feel supported and validated and learn to be more assertive and advocate for yourself. I will help you uncover destructive behaviors and learn a new way of looking at things. I work with women who are going through a transition in their life. Maybe this is getting a divorce or leaving a relationship. Maybe you are just tired of the way things are and you need some clarity. I am passionate about helping women find their voice and take back their life. When you're feeling lost and not knowing where to go we can work on what's the best direction for you.
