I really believe over 90% of diseases, such as heart and lung disease, diabetes, cancer and autoimmune disorders are due to our diets and lifestyles AND can be prevented. My mission is to find out how. It’s true, you’re only as healthy as your roots. Sounds kinda nerdy, but it’s truly what I love to do.
