Dedicated human resources professional with mid-senior level HR generalist experience. Throughout my HR career I have used strong customer service skills - embracing a people first mindset. Additionally, I was able to engage employees around performance metrics, and career development models for employee growth. • I developed and enhanced recruitment through on-the-spot hiring events at Vinfen, a leading human services company in Cambridge, MA and used this recruitment method with the US Army at Fort Bragg, NC (now Fort Liberty) in the Army Career and Alumni program (ACAP) now called the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP). While at Vinfen Corporation, on-the-spot hiring events proved to be a successful recruitment strategy for hiring difficult direct support positions. At Fort Bragg, I proudly helped over 800 Soldiers transitioning out of the Army to re-enter civilian life with employment. • As part of the Student Advantage pre-IPO team, I was able to help grow its operations through mergers and acquisition. Through an HR team effort, we transitioned the benefit offerings and 401K plan which supported employer branding. I also rolled out a new performance management program, which allowed me to train managers and employees on a new performance management system.
