Avoiding change is like trying to hold back the sun. I found through years of experiences—both personal and professional—that the only way to move forward is with change. Though years of consulting for the Big 4 and small consulting firms, I learned to lean into change and I had no idea I would enjoy being part of change initiatives so much. I successfully sold and delivered projects during market disruptions and business transformation initiatives because it was clear I loved what I was doing and I delivered results. How do I do it? I am a process person at heart and I know everything can be better. I love to understand the "why" and the "how." Data talks to me and helps me understand drivers and opportunities to do better for customers, both internal and external. Based out of Northern Virginia, I enjoy chasing my two kids around and playing golf with my husband. I am also an oyster farmer and spend summer weekends catching crabs. I am always looking for new connections who also see between the obvious.
