Dianne leads Atrium Health's teammate relation function with a focus on organizational/workforce risk management while balancing business needs, policy development and cultivating a positive and productive work environment. Dianne and her partner established Ball Graves Law and Mediation, L.L.C. serving as a pro bono mediator with the EEOC. With extensive experience in employment, labor and civil matters, Dianne’s passion for early conflict resolution strategies compelled her to author The HR Handbook for New Parents, a guide to building empowerment skills into daily parenting routines. In 2018, Dianne was awarded Top Women in Grocery's Rising Star by Progressive Grocery Magazine. An experienced Senior Leader in Human Resources, risk management, and legal counsel in health care, retail, food manufacturing, distribution, health care and energy industries domestically and abroad. Dianne has directed litigation matters, including labor, employment, commercial, property, and civil cases. Dianne's J.D. degree is from St. Louis University School of Law achieved while working full-time in a Human Resources role at BJC Healthcare. Dianne has a B.S.B.A from University of Central Missouri with a functional major in Personnel Administration and a minor in French. She is licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois and has trained as a mediator/neutral.
