I’ve had my Real Estate license since 2004. In that time, I have earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) designation, CDRS (Certified Default Resolution Specialist) designation and am honored to have been selected to serve on the Prince William Association of Realtors Grievance Committee as the Vice Chair. I acquired extensive knowledge in contract law and negotiations while working for USAA and Allstate Insurance over 12 + years as a third party auto injury claim negotiator. This provides me with the experience to negotiate the best price and terms for my clients as well as finding solutions for problems that may arise with the contract.I have lived in Northern VA for over 25 years including the counties of Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. I specialize in residential sales and have successfully negotiated short sale transactions since 2006. I strive for a 100% referral based business and am dedicated to client satisfaction, offering excellent service through constant communication and attention to detail.
