Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Prepares the daily expenses i.e. flight tickets, Hotel bookings, Office Supplies to be reported to Accounts Department Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Communicate with public services when necessary Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Handling Business travels & Hotel Reservations for Company Directors & Staffs Handling DHL external and internal couriers / DHL payments monthly Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately I am a fast and accurate especially to new fields.
