Background
About Dianne Stromfeld
My real estate career spans over four decades. Owner/Broker of Century 21 DLS Realty in Dix Hills on Long Island, I was among the first brokers to join the system in 1976. I served as President of the C21 Brokers Council and the Multiple Listing Service of L. I. I served as a director of both MLS of LI and Long Island Board of Realtors. I founded Realty Institute in the early 1980's and still serve as Education Director. Realty Institute is a leader in online real estate education because, unlike other schools, we developed and own all of our courses. Because we own all our courses we can offer them at the lowest possible prices. All courses have audio throughout. We are in many different states and expanding; I am currently involved in local politics and serve on many committees for the New York State Association of Realtors. I am also on the Board of the Jefferson Democratic Club.
