About Dibi Maiga

Passionate about the power of data to solve real-world problems, I'm currently a trainee engineer in mathematics and computer science at ArcelorMittal Dunkerque, where I'm developing advanced analytical tools to optimize industrial production. My approach combines scientific rigor and operational empathy: deeply understanding business needs to propose reliable and pragmatic solutions. My previous experience as a data analyst at Orléans University Hospital taught me to navigate complexity, particularly with the analysis of brain correlations using medical imaging (fMRI). This enabled me to hone my critical thinking skills and consolidate my taste for scientific innovation. Convinced that every predictive model is first and foremost a subtle understanding of reality, I use a variety of techniques (linear regressions, convolutional neural networks, RFM analysis, recommendation systems) to transform raw data into strategic decision-making levers. I firmly believe, as Jordan Peterson points out, that excellence comes from individual responsibility and a constant quest for authenticity. My aim is therefore to constantly progress, taking responsibility for the results obtained, while cultivating a team spirit based on listening, constructive exchange and pedagogy.
