With a repertoire of over a decade of experience, I have had the distinct privilege of facilitating and assisting in the launch of several food ventures, famous restaurants across India and the world. I can confidently say that I have carved my own niche and tread my 0wn path in the F&B industry. My latest food venture is MIGHTY FOODS, a new-age packaged food business that caters to the young but engrossed individuals to help them meet their daily protein requirement. Even though I come from a family of hard core vegetarians, I chose to be non-vegetarian to understand and analyze the meat culture and cuisines. I enjoyed navigating through trends and choices in plant-based meat products, while conceptualising MIGHTY FOODS. I was able to work towards addressing the gap in the fast plant protein sector and bring about notable changes in the field of diet. My family background - being closely associated with the F&B industry for over five decades has only fuelled my curiosity in the F&B industry. My experimentation with a variety of cuisines can be accredited to my discernment about nutrition and the palate. My deep involvement in the sector over the past decade has enabled me to utilise my love for culinary arts to become a successful entrepreneur in the sphere of victuals. In my early days I worked closely with my family to provide Institutional Catering for Bombay Hospital both at Indore and in Mumbai - this was my first learning ground and connected me to my love for food and the service industry.
