I’m a highly motivated design professional and team leader with +30 years of client-side, agency and consultancy experience. I take a customer-first approach to shape design strategy and deliver on business objectives, building an internal culture of creativity and innovation. I believe that sustainable competitive advantage is best served by creative ideas that push boundaries beyond functionality and engage people on an emotional level. I drive creative thinking to inform strategic choices, differentiate brands, launch new products and strengthen services.
