As a seasoned Technical Project Leader with over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, and industrial services, I specialize in leading multidisciplinary service and maintenance projects from initiation to completion. Currently, I work at Kalmar Netherlands B.V, where I coordinate complex technical service operations, lead teams of 10–15 technicians, and ensure successful project execution within budget, time, safety, and quality constraints. My role bridges the technical and operational sides of the business: I manage work preparation in collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and warehouse departments; supervise on-site installation and service teams; maintain close client communication; and take ownership of end-to-end project coordination. My hands-on background as a welder, pipefitter, and mechanic complements my strong planning and leadership skills, allowing me to support both strategic and operational aspects of technical service delivery. I bring deep expertise in coordinating field service, commissioning, and modification work, and I’m an effective communicator who bridges the gap between clients, engineers, and technicians.
