About Dick Schenkelaars

January 2018 I started as Quality Manager at ASML in the Electronic team for Mechatronics in Development & Engineering. Former job was manager of a global team of Validation Engineers (QPL’s) for Philips Lighting with focus on prevention of issues in new designs and resolving testing- and field incidents. I like to work with Q&R and R&D colleagues and teams, with their different personalities, cultures and expertise’s. I enjoy to use, optimize or develop new Q&R tools. From my Reliability background, I also like to apply or coach for problem finding & solving tools, to find the root cause of hidden or complex problems and to prevent these to re-occur. With my experience, optimism and energy I am successful in motivating people and to get the best possible team results.
