I have been in charge of rebuilding companies that were unable to clear payroll, and setting the template that allowed them to peak at $140/share, and a multi billion dollar market cap. Recent experience in bringing a company completely through the Chapter 11 process.from researching alternative options through making the decision and spending two years guiding the company through a contentious process to final confirmation and distribution to unsecured creditors. Knowing that "Change Management". is more than making a troubled company work, I have also helped design programs and processes that will allow good companies to become better. I have extensive experience in economic evaluations for SEC, NI 51-101 and M&A/Divesture work with substantial work as an Expert Witness in District, State and Federal Court. Additional experience, outside the oil business, was gained in assisting public power companies learn how to compete in a deregulated market. Experienced Board/C-Level knowledge of running public (SEC and TSX) companies.
