About Dicky Ahmad

As an Operational Architect and COO at Ecoxyztem Venture Builder, I specialize in designing and managing systems that make climate-tech startups not only function, but thrive and endure. My leadership style is grounded in structure, empathy, and sustainability. I build operational blueprints that are both people-centered and impact-driven, ensuring alignment between daily execution and long-term vision. With experience spanning across early-stage ventures, cross-functional teams, and ecosystem partnerships, I’ve come to believe that innovation is not just about speed — it’s about resilience, purpose, and collaboration. At Ecoxyztem, I help turn climate challenges into entrepreneurial opportunities, supporting founders who dare to build a better future. Let’s connect if you’re building for the planet and want to do it with clarity and structure.
