More than 15 years experiences as a Welder in project Oil and Gas. Maintenance, Fabrication, Structure, Piping, Erection, Pipeline Onshore and Offshore. Excellent skill in Multi Coded Welding ( SMAW/MMA, FCAW Semi Auto Gas Shielded & Self Shielded, FCAW ORBITAL Automatic, GMAW Semi Auto, GMAW Automatic, mGMAW automatic ( OAG ). Strong knowledge of piping & Structure fabrication and welding procedure ( AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API 1104 ). International Welding Certificate : ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd's Register Certification. Profound knowledge of welding theory and principles. Exceptional knowledge of welding tools and welding codes. Remarkable ability to diagnose problem and determine appropriate action. Able to select preheat, inter pass temperature, electrode based on the WPS and PQR. Able to read qualified WPS and implemented for the job. Ability to perform good visual inspection once welding completed. Perform welding in difficult position and restricted access weld. Ability to work with the team, and hard work. Good attitude, good personality, dedicated high and responsible, smart, independent, self motivated, hard worker, work under pressure and commit to deadline.
