Increasing my capability and exposure it to exceed the target in term of Productivity, Quality, and Cost. Managing Production tactical plan every semester by seeing and review team capability and company goals. 2 years experiences in Senior Process Engineer, give me opportunity how to back up Production achievement by serving Good Manufacturing Processes, continue process improvement, as well as lead technical team. Completing my experiences on how to ensure Productivity, Quality and Cost are meet company policy. 3 years experiences in Focus Improvement and Industrial Engineer Manager, bring better Good Manufacturing Processes, lead projects use DMAIC methodology to bring benefit and saving for Company, maintain the plant capacity by improving each step processes with Value Stream Map and OEE reference. 1 year experiences as PPIC and IE Manager plus Acting Production Manager, manage whole manufacturing activities to meet Company goals, manage the future 5 years plan with analyze 5 years demand versus capacity and capability, also proposing plant modernization to compete with others Company 10+ years experiences in PPIC and IE Manager, with different industries, giving me difference experiences than my previous roles. I have gained many experiences on how to plan the plant to meet and exceed the target, starting from ensure material availability, production capacity n capability, planning arrangement, ensure achievement as per plan, smooth delivery to Warehouse, ensure all production output being uploaded into SAP, maintain SAP stock vs actual, conduct quarterly physical inventory and continue improvement to ensure and secure that our plant are suitable for customer requirement. More than that, I'm willing to learn something new and prefer to Gemba activities to complete analyze processes.
