About Dicky Permadi

Greetings, My name is Dicky Permadi, born in Bandung on September 4, 1987. I took my last education at Pasundan University majoring in Industrial Engineering, and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2014. I work at PT. Honda Precision Parts Manufacturing from 2005 until now. I joined the Die Casting Department. In 2005, when I first joined, I worked as a Die Maintenance Operator whose job was to maintain and repair Molds. My skills as a Die Maintenance Operator included being able to do TIG welding, Acetylene, Propane Burner, operate a Crane, and I was also able to repair Molds from welding, scraping to finishing. In 2009, I was appointed as a Die Maintenance Staff whose job was to prepare mold service plans, calculate mold life time, purchase mold spare parts, and analyze and prepare mold trouble reports. 2020 I was transferred to the Quality Control area as a Quality Control Staff whose job is to make plans and compile new Mold verification reports from initial delivery to being declared Masspro, conduct analysis and compile Market Claim and CBU Claim reports, plan investment needs in the QC area from planning, purchasing, compiling reports to being declared Masspro, I am also the PIC ISO 9001 whose job is to conduct internal audits and control the flow of documents related to ISO 9001, the PIC of the Internal Department Change Point which controls every point of change that affects quality, thus ensuring that every change made does not have a negative impact on quality. In addition to my main department duties, I am also active in various company events, including. Since 2009 I have been active as a committee for the Family Gathering event, the Olympiade Department, the Company's Buka Bersama Event. I am also active in participating in other company events such as NHC (New Honda Circle) where I was once the champion to represent the company to participate in the NHC fellow Honda in Indonesia, and I have also participated in the Best Kaizen event where I was once the champion in the Director Award category.
