I am an IT professional with experience in enterprise networking, security, and technical support, holding a BEng in Electronic & Communication Engineering and an MSc in Enterprise Security & Digital Forensics.Currently, I work as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer at Alludo, where I focus on advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and supporting customers across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. My previous roles as a Solutions Architect at Emtel and Network Engineer at Orange Business Services gave me hands-on experience in designing and maintaining secure, reliable network infrastructures for enterprise customers.I hold certifications including CCNP Enterprise, Palo Alto PCNSE, and Juniper JNCIA & JNCDA, which reflect my commitment to continuous learning and staying aligned with industry standards.Beyond technical problem-solving, I enjoy sharing knowledge, improving processes, and collaborating with teams to deliver practical, long-term solutions.
