As part of the Solutions team, I’m in charge of integrating technology and remote services in the existing protective services offers in order to provide valuable combined solutions to our clients. With long experience in deployment of solutions, I acquired skills in Product development / Project management and Sales, demonstrate successful results in this management roles. Passionate by the new technology, I’m focusing on creating new business & transform legacy business models, implementing the Go to Market Plans involving partner network (manufacturers, distributors, sales organisations, installers.) using various B2C, B2B, B2B2C channels. I guide, assist and train internal stakeholders on deploying technology projects as well as supporting in deep the group management, marketing, sales, technical and operation teams to rollout the right solutions into the Residential, SME and Corporate Segments.
