Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master – Operations and Management Greetings, and welcome on my LinkedIn profile! I am an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of extensive IT architecture and software design, and more than 15 years of management experience in a variety of domains. Technically oriented, highly passionate about technology, I enjoy working in challenging and innovative environments. As a project leader, I find a lot of pleasure in working with teams of like-minded individuals, and in promoting new methodologies and agile principles. When my technical skills are useful, I always enjoy contributing to design or architecture, as well as coding. Collaborating with organizations at any level and with sales forces, I am dedicated to make all projects a success story. Over the years, I have developed a strong expertise in Software Design (UML, Design Patterns), with a specific focus on Hybrid Applications (C/C++, HTML/JavaScript, Angular2 and Node.js, Windows Store UWP applications) and cartographic engines (Cesium.js). I also developed a specific expertise in Telecom Software, IT Services and Operations. I have a long-standing knowledge of Voice and Video Services (W3C VoiceXML, legacy IVR), of Telco architectures (NGN, IMS) and protocol stacks (VoIP, SIP/RTP, ISDN, SS7, ASN.1…) — These are but a few of the domains where I have greatly enjoyed working.
