Lead Production Unit - PT HM Sampoerna,tbk.( Sept 2018 - Now)- support P&Q Manager to maintain and coordinate daily activity production in each area production plant- ensure row material good condition from first line production and ready to production- conduct with local custom outhority to support transfer material product from first line to secondary production- conduct to local goverment for ensure all requerement complete and support bisnis process in area. QA Engginer - PT HM Sampoerna,tbk.( May 2013 - Sept 2018 )- direct report Quallity to P&Q Manager- Act as Quality Leader, responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance Support function which is aimed at monitoring and supporting incoming, process, and product quality. This includes ensuring all key parameters affecting product quality are analyzed; improvement opportunities are identified and done in conjunction with Production personnel. Responsible to ensure and maintain the implementation of existing quality system and implement new quality system in place such as ISO and good laboratory practices QA Supervisor - PT Bumi Menara Internusa.( 2006 - Feb 2013 )- Develop and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management System- Develop and mantain Good Manufacturing Practise and HACCP Implemantation in the plant- Develop Training System for Quality and Food Safety Training.(HACCP,GMP,Allergen Control,etc.)- Internal Auditor for Food Safety and Quality Management System- Organize Costumer Complaint- Direct Report to QA Manager- Coordinating eksternal audit preparation ( for certificated or buyer audit.)- Coordinating buyer visit to the plant for inspect and etc - Evaluating Qa plant performance and directly and report to QA Manager- Mantain report from QA/QC on line.
