As the Head of Operations at Insighture, I oversee a diverse portfolio encompassing People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, Talent Acquisition & Talent Growth, Legal, Risk & Compliance and International Operations, ensuring that each function aligns with our broader goals for scalability, sustainability, and organisational growth. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong capability to self-manage, lead diverse projects, and bring teams together to deliver successful outcomes. My previous experience in capacity and skills building at SLASSCOM empowered me to manage and contribute to projects focused on IT education, employability, and youth empowerment, with an emphasis on regional development, gender diversity, and private-sector partnerships. Working closely with hundreds of volunteers and industry representatives, I have honed my ability to build communities and cultivate lasting, positive relationships. I am deeply committed to nurturing an inclusive, empowering workplace culture where each team member is valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
