We are a consulting firm that facilitates organisations to implement these ISO standards with the goal of either- improvement of business operations, or - to have the organisation Certified by an independent Certification Body to the chosen standard. Both of these approaches provides a full implementation and Internal Audit confirmation of compliance. The former, if maintained, enables the organisation to continually improve on the operational systems and ideally should be aligned with the strategic direction of either the entire organisation or the specific business unit that is applying it. This method will require the organisation to continually and internally audit their operational controls. The latter provides the organisation the opportunity to have the organisation Certified to the standard and provide customers a Certificate to show ongoing compliance, as the organisation will be subject to continual Surveillance ("confirmation") audits that the internal operational systems are being maintained and that continual improvement is being done.
