About Dieferson Matos

Hello and welcome! I'm a Software Developer with around 6 years of hands-on development experience, backed by over 12 years in project and team management within the telecommunications industry. My professional path blends technical expertise with leadership and strategic insight — and I thrive where clean code meets meaningful impact. I specialize in Java and JavaScript (Angular), and I’m passionate about designing efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. I enjoy tackling complex challenges and continuously expanding my knowledge in system architecture and modern development practices. Much like the layered compositions of black metal — a genre I deeply enjoy — I appreciate the elegance and complexity behind well-architected software. Whether it’s building backend services or enhancing frontend performance, I bring precision and creativity to every line of code. Outside of work, I’m an avid fan of horror films, a lifelong gamer, and a black metal enthusiast. Above all, I value spending time with my family — my wife, my son, and our two dogs — enjoying the little moments that matter most. I'm always open to exchanging ideas, discussing projects, or exploring new opportunities to collaborate on exciting tech challenges.
