About Diego bin

A multidisciplinary professional, results-driven and challenge-oriented, with a career developed across various segments of the agribusiness sector. Currently, I serve at Terradot as a Field Operations professional, where I am responsible for overseeing the entire project operation—from farmer prospecting to the application of remineralizer in their fields. I coordinate soil and water sampling processes, providing technical support to ensure the quality and accuracy of the collected data, contributing to the implementation of sustainable practices in agricultural management. My consolidated experience includes comprehensive oversight of processes on rural properties, with a focus on soybean and corn cultivation. I have managed agricultural and livestock activities with an emphasis on the application of productive and sustainable practices. Additionally, I have developed specialized skills in supervising beef cattle operations, ensuring operational efficiency and quality. During an agricultural exchange program in the United States, I worked in seed production in Lankin, ND, handling crops such as triticale, barley, oats, wheat, canola, flax, rye, soybeans, beans, and sunflower. In these activities, I gained expertise in planting, crop management, pest and weed control, field scouting, and operating tractors and agricultural equipment. Furthermore, I have experience in providing technical support to cooperative members, delivering specialized guidance to maximize productivity and quality in soybean and corn fields. My work is driven by the goal of directly contributing to the success of farmers, combining technical knowledge and innovative practices to deliver high-impact results.
