About Diego Blond

I've been working in tech for the past 10 years. Back then, I was aiming to join the so-called 'area of the future', and I took my shot — even without knowing much about it. My journey started as a QA, which gave me the opportunity to experience the daily life of a software company while learning more about coding. But over time, it was the business side of things that really won me over. I worked as a QA for over six years, always closely collaborating with engineers and Product Owners. During that time, I also ran a blog: https://perdidonoteste.wordpress.com. Sometimes, I’d support the HR team too — being a point of contact when someone needed help or things weren’t going so well. In the past few years, I had the chance to work briefly as a Business Systems Analyst, and then moved into the Product Owner role, mostly focused on FinCrime products at a Canadian company. Before entering tech, I tried out a variety of paths — I’ve worked as a Call Center Analyst, Administrative Assistant, in logistics, kitchen, and even had some freelancing gigs in sales, events, construction, and as a massage therapist. Each of those roles helped shape the way I am today Right now, I'm still growing and open to new opportunities that challenge me and allow me to keep learning — especially at the intersection between business, people, and technology.
