Above my many hobbies and work-related activities that I love doing so much, my true passion is living healthy (physically, mentally, and emotionally), while having an adventurous experience each day. Thus, I am always 'hungry' to learn something new that I can actually apply into everything I do. The hobbies that I currently invest more time on are working out, swimming, bicycling, playing tennis, hiking, traveling, cooking, gardening, and reading (more like studying). I also enjoy my work-related activities, not only because they allow me to contribute to the community, but also because they involve connecting with people. Because during my life-career in the horse industry safety has been one of my priorities, I created the HORSE FARM FACILITIES SAFETY EVALUATION SYSTEM. This unique service in the U.S, offered by SAFER HORSE FARMS LLC, is a great tool for horse farm owners to keep their farms safer for their families, employees, and visitors, and for their beloved horses. Likewise, real estate agents who market horse farms can benefit from this service because they can offer safer properties to their clients. Also, being a real estate agent myself (with Professional Realty of Ocala) is the perfect activity that complements everything else. I believe to have inherited the passion for real estate from my mother (in Medellín, Colombia), whom, in her fifties, started buying properties with her own money (offices, parking spaces, houses, land) and selling them for a profit. Although she was a shy person, it was amazing to have witnessed how she became a phenomenal negotiator. She continued to do it until her seventies. I learned from her how to identify great properties. Besides selling horse properties, which is very natural to me because of my background with horses and farms, I also feel the moral responsibility to help families and retirees discover Ocala (FL) area as their 'Dreamland', a true treasure that became my adoptive hometown since I moved in permanently in 2003.
