My purpose is to generate a positive and lasting impact, making a difference and inspiring people to fully express their potential. I bring to Berardi over 20 years of international experience in general management, organizational transformation, and the execution of complex projects. After ten years at RS Components Italy, I now leverage expertise in business integration, operational optimization, digitalization, and the development of high value-added services for industrial clients. My goal: to strengthen the group’s leadership, accelerate synergies across acquisitions, and solidify our position as an integrated platform capable of delivering comprehensive, tailored solutions to manufacturing companies in Italy and across Europe.
