About Diego Dossa

Executive Producer with over a decade of experience in commercial, branded content, and film production. My career started in casting, where I developed a strong understanding of talent, storytelling, and the connection between creative vision and execution. This foundation naturally led me to the set, working for several years as a 1st Assistant Director across a wide range of productions. On set, I specialized in turning creative concepts into structured, executable plans — managing schedules, coordinating crews, and ensuring seamless communication between departments in high-pressure environments.Today, as an Executive Producer, I lead projects end-to-end, overseeing budgeting, planning, and execution while aligning creative ambition with operational efficiency. I work closely with agencies, directors, and clients to deliver high-quality productions on time and within scope.I bring a practical, solution-oriented mindset shaped by hands-on experience across all stages of production — from casting and pre-production to on-set leadership and final delivery.
