I am a Revenue Officer at the Internal Revenue Service, where I collect delinquent taxes and secure delinquent returns from taxpayers who have not resolved their obligations. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I use my bilingual skills, sales and marketing background, and government accounting and taxation knowledge to provide effective and efficient service to the public. Before joining the IRS, I worked as a Personal Banker and a Safe Deposit Box Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where I provided strong customer service, offered advice and products, and performed audits and inventory management. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Marketing and Management from Pace University and an Associate in Accounting from Westchester Community College. Additionally, I am a proud United States Veteran, and I have received multiple awards for excellence in service. I am passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their financial goals and comply with the tax laws. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
