Thanks for taking a look at my profile! I am an experienced individual within the hospitality industry and refined my skills within Accommodation Management. My current role in London is performed parallel to running my own small accommodation business in Italy, where I remotely manage the staff and operations in my own time. This has proved to be successful and led my gain of numerous transferable skills, including staff management, business leadership and exceptional delivery of customer service. I sincerely enjoy what I do and I look forward to continuing both the development of my skills and career. My supportive academic background, including the Reservations Agent course completed in 2016, combined with my trilingual abilities (Portuguese, English & Italian) and working experience, ensures my suitability within multi-cultural environments. My management status has allowed me to practice and enhance a broad range of expertise and provided acute business acumen. This has included team leading, rostering and shift scheduling, managing accounts and business finance, involvement in recruitment, induction and training processes and coordinating day to day activities to ensure positive customer experiences. By nature, I maintain a strong work ethic, displaying dedication and always striving to learn more; I believe you should always try to be the best at what you do. Other work experience has included working for an NGO in Brazil and Interpreting for a professional agency, all of which has contributed to my maturity in the workplace. I am excited to source a role that will allow me to share my expertise and allow me to transfer my professional and personal attributes. In my spare time, I love to cook and enjoy mixing cocktails to entertain at home. I also like to indulge in reading and watching movies; trilogies are my absolute favourite!
