About Diego Eguiguren

I am an experienced leader & facilitator passionate about the Built Environment, the critical role we play and responsibility we have to provide quality SUSTAINABLE environments for end users, communities, investors, tenants and individuals. I am an advocate for and champion the effectiveness of a COLLABORATIVE Development,Design & Construction (DD & C) model as a project delivery vehicle to result in best outcomes for developers, stakeholders, end users & contractors. I started my career in the Construction Industry as a Building Practitioner in the 1990’s in Melbourne, Victoria. I spent some time in the private sector and made the transition across to Architecture in the early in WA. In 2008 I set up an SME Practice (Q3 Architecture) which we Directed & Operated successfully for 5 years delivering across the residential, commercial & education sectors. In 2013 I made the transition across to the Design & Construction sector as the General Manager of Design for a group of development and construction companies. In 2015 I joined SCENTRE GROUP as a Project Design Manager managing large scale multi disciplinary teams to deliver Tier 1 projects in WA. SCENTRE GROUP relocated my family & I to NSW in Jan 2020 to manage a High Profile Mixed Use Project in the Sydney CBD. In 2023 I joined STOCKLAND in a newly created role as LEAD DESIGN MANAGER leading the Design Management team across Stockland's Mixed Use & Commercial portfolio.
