About Diego Flores

As an outgoing, compassionate, and positive person, I have shown my commitment to helping others through various roles. Currently, as a Therapist with the Urban Restoration Counseling Center, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to under-served communities in San Diego. Previously, I have worked with Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) at an outpatient mental health facility providing individual and group therapy. I have also worked with TAY's who are entering college, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer college students, and the Deaf/Hard of hearing community. My education has also allowed me to gain some knowledge related to counseling, including Narrative and Post-Modern therapy, as well as Domestic Violence, Couples Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, and Multicultural Counseling. Specialties: American Sign Language, Strengths Quest, Event Planning, Group Facilitation.
