Senior capital markets professional with 20+ years of experience in Latin America. Proven track record of value creation in equity, fixed income, and structured finance. I’ve lived and worked in key oil & gas markets—Argentina, Brazil, and currently Colombia—developing deep strong investor and capital markets relationships. Extensive capital markets experience includes international bond issuances over $~1.5 billion, structured products involving $~1 billion in prepayments and off-balance sheet solutions, as well as company listings and the successful opening of new markets. On the investor relations front, I led efforts that brought liquidity to the stock, tripled sell-side coverage, and attracted top-tier institutional investors through proactive engagement. From 2021 to 2023, I was consistently ranked among the Top 3 Investor Relations Professionals in Latin America’s Oil & Gas Sector by "Institutional Investor’s Annual Survey", based on votes from asset managers, sell-side analysts and other market participants.
