I am presently engaged in a pivotal role within the engineering team at a prominent U.S. based banking corporation. My focus lies in front-end and web UI development, particularly in the domain of Micro Frontend architecture. Overseeing the development of four applications at varying life cycle stages, I hold the position of Dev Lead or Developer Lead. My responsibilities extend beyond mere coding tasks; I actively mentor less-experienced developers, uphold best practices, and contribute substantively to code quality assessments through PR reviews. In collaboration with the technical lead, I contribute to the strategic planning and execution of workflow, ensuring the seamless progression of user stories for the sprint. I am impassioned by the pursuit of excellence in software development and am currently exploring opportunities to apply my skills and leadership within forward-thinking and growth-oriented environments.
