My work experience in the oil industry went through a first stage in which I was involved in wireline operations in the field, well logging (open and cased hole) and downhole seismic (1993-2004)Subsequently I was in charge of Rio Gallegos base (2005-2008) and then Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia (2008-2010) where, in addition to managing the operational resources, I continued to participate in field operations, where complexity of the service required experienced personnel.In a second stage I joined the Geosciences Center (2011-2014) where I acquired training and experience in PLT processing, Pulsed Neutron tools and Acoustic tools and worked as a representative in Argentina for microseismic operations, giving support to the client and acting as a nexus between wireline operations and processing.Later I was Coordinator of the geoscientists team in Argentina (Buenos Aires, Comodoro Rivadavia and Neuquén) in order to meet the client's requirements, distribute log processing and interpretation tasks and ensure the quality of the delivered product.During my assignment as Wireline Operations Manager for the Southern Cone (2015-2017) I ensured compliance with operational procedures to achieve flawless execution goals, participate in the preparation of technical and economic proposals, root cause analysis, technical presentations to clients, participation in plans to purchase equipment based on opportunities. In my last six months I had sales goals so I incorporated formal training and participated actively in the sales team of the company.From Oct-2018 to Jun-2019 I worked as Sales Manager at Expro Argentina S.R.L, my main functions include the development of the local product lines, contact with operators in the Oil and Gas sector to identify opportunities and formally monitor them using specific sales programs (Salesforce, Xaitporter, Action Tracker, Field FX), technical presentations to clients, technical and commercial proposals, for individual or multi-integrated services, participation in the financial analysis and generation of Business Expenditure Reports.In my position as Engineering Manager at Baker Hughes, I performed coordination tasks for the geosciences group in wireline processing and I perform interpretation and processing of RPM, PLT, acoustic and FTEX data among others.Currently I work as Well Integrity Discipline Leader for Latin America, in this position I have responsibility for the introduction of technology, problem solving, development of new processes and technical support on issues related to well integrity profiles.
