I’m a jack of all trades. Excelling at everything I decide to take part in. I embark in anything in life with a “Failure is not an option” type of mentality and work 110% to achieve a positive outcome, but in the rare event that I do not succeed the first time, I am humble enough to accept it and rise above it through a process of learning and applying a new strategy to overcome the obstacle/s. I’ve always been in the customer service/hospitality industry from the very beginning of my working career. I’ve worked for Publix, Disney, Lowes, Bobby Allison Wireless (Assistant Manager), Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers (Foreman), Lifeline Fire Protection (Lead Field Tech / Foreman), Minneola Charter Elementary School (Caregiver Level II), Big River Grille (Expeditor / Server), Frontera Cocina (Barback/Bartender/Server), The Big Easy (Bartender), LPMCI (My own Marketing Agency), Applebee’s (Server), Boston Lobster Feast (Server) and Big Bite Media (Business Development Manager). Yes, I’ve had many jobs but no two were ever the same and it helped me to learn the drive and dedication which prompted me to start my own company in order to provide my clients with the much needed, almost fantasy like forgotten magic of personalized and genuine customer care.
