About Diego Malagamba

My name is Diego Malagamba and I graduated with a degree in Finance have worked in various roles across functions in Texas Instruments including finance, accounting, and operations. In my last role before embarking on my MBA journey, I was a Capacity Planner for factories in China and the Philippines where I implemented >$100M in capital purchases to grow the semiconductor capacity by 150%. During this role is where I learned that I wanted to get more exposure to the global aspect of business. What I enjoyed the most during my roles in Texas Instruments were the connections I made in order to become the bridge between the different cultures and interests within the company. This led me to then seek a global MBA where I could rapidly grow as a professional by learning how multinational business is conducted all over the world and in different industry sectors. This vision led me to pursue a full-time MBA at ESADE, an experience that transformed my professional outlook and equipped me for the next phase of my career. My time at ESADE was pivotal in preparing me to bridge diverse teams and industries, ultimately paving the way for my current role as a Customer Business Success Manager and AI Business Partner. With a strong focus on delivering value through innovation, I specialize in the Manufacturing & Supply business domain where I now empower organizations to harness AI-driven decision intelligence to achieve their business goals.
