As a digital cloud solution architect at Microsoft, I leverage my 20+ years of IT and TELCO experience to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for customers in various industries. I am passionate about cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and network management, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in Azure, automation, and telco technologies. In my current role, I am the voice of the customer, sharing insights, best practices, and removing key blockers. I build coalitions of support, define specific technology outcomes, and lead and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. I also recommend improvements and partner with customers to implement solutions that align with their strategy and vision. Previously, I worked as a cloud platform architect and a senior solutions architect at Ericsson, where I supported sales, designed, described, consulted, and troubleshooted highly complex automation solutions in cutting edge technologies for tier 1 telecom operators in North America and overseas. I also contributed to winning new business, identifying complementary local adaptations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and acceptance. I have gained cultural diversity and inclusion from working with and managing teams on site and remotely, across multiple continents and languages.
