About Diego Pando

I am someone who is dedicated to integrity, high performance, and data driven results. I have consistently been lauded for my dedication to setting goals, and then exceeding them. During my time at UCLA, I was involved in community building through camp counseling, paid Linguistic Anthropology research, and volunteering at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. These experiences gave me a well rounded understanding of how to best articulate myself to people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs, while simultaneously giving me excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. While these experiences speak to my willingness to put myself out there and experience the wonderful diversity that life has to offer, I think they speak most of my curiosity and drive to learn. I am never satisfied with my current level of knowledge, and thus constantly seek out ways to improve upon my skills while also learning new ones. Whether it be coding languages or knowledge of current events, my drive to further my understanding is what motivates me. This relentless sense of curiosity carries over into my professional life, as I believe a holistic understanding of complex problems is required to produce complex solutions.
