Currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist with the Department of Education's Division of Instructional and Information Technology (DIIT), I leverage my extensive technical skills and experience to support all schools in the Bronx remotely. My role encompasses a wide range of IT responsibilities, from managing Office 365 environments to working with Azure Intune for device and application management. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with domain changes and scripting using PowerShell and C#. I am also responsible for managing devices and conducting testing for Windows updates and Mac OS to ensure seamless operation and compatibility.My tenure at the Department of Education has fortified my proficiency in managing complex IT systems and providing exceptional user support. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to educational activities.Previously, as a School Aide with the NYC Department of Education, I honed my customer service expertise, ensuring smooth administrative operations and positive stakeholder interactions.
