Diego Perdana is a product manager in Indonesia with over 8 years of experience building high-impact digital products across e-commerce, fintech, HR SaaS, and digital banking. Diego specializes in search and discovery, SME digital banking, and data-driven growth, with a track record at Tokopedia, PasarPolis, KitaLulus, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). ​ At Tokopedia, Diego led the search experience for Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platform, serving more than 140 million active users and helping millions of people find products faster and more accurately. During this period, Diego earned a double promotion and an Exceptional performance rating, placing him among the top 5% of performers in the organization. ​ Diego has also built products in insurance technology at PasarPolis and B2B HR SaaS and job platforms at KitaLulus, giving him end-to-end experience from early-stage startups to scaled tech companies. This includes contributing to Series A and B environments as well as mature organizations, navigating both rapid experimentation and complex stakeholder landscapes. ​ Today, Diego serves as Lead Product Manager for Digital Banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia, where he leads end-to-end product development for Internet Banking serving SME and business customers. His work focuses on improving usability, increasing adoption and retention, and enabling businesses in Indonesia to manage their finances more efficiently through Sharia-compliant digital banking solutions. ​ Across roles, Diego’s core strengths include defining product vision and strategy, setting OKRs and roadmaps, and using data to prioritize, optimize, and launch features.
