I’m a customer-service focused, Business Administration & Accounting graduate with a talent for manipulating and analyzing numerical data. My educational career has provided me with proficiencies in accounting, investments, account reconciliation, portfolio development, and financial planning. As a student at George Brown College, I collaborated with a group of peers to develop investment portfolios for 10 different families with varying financial situations and investment goals. Additionally, I’ve been working in customer service for the past 8 years, and my accomplishments in that capacity include: o Field and manage all catering orders during high-volume holiday seasons. o Control inventory to ensure adequate supply to fulfill orders and customer demand. o Handle administrative tasks and completes department’s paperwork. o Manage and supervise three employees.(Scheduling, assigning daily tasks). o Deliver superior customer service to elevate overall shopping experience and meet customer needs. o Trained newly hired employees; delivered instruction on quality standards and customer service delivery.
