About Diego Rivera

I am a paralegal at Your Insurance Attorney, PLLC, where I support attorneys with complex and voluminous case loads in the insurance litigation field. I draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and communicate with clients and other parties, creating a bridge of rapport and trust. I also problem-solve and delegate tasks to fit our team’s individual strengths, and manage stressful situations with poise and equanimity. I graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Political Science and Government, and a minor in Italian Studies. Through a diverse curriculum, I developed my interest and knowledge in the legal system, public policy, and human rights. I have also gained valuable experience and insights from working in family law, and criminal law. My core competencies include legal research, trial preparation and interpersonal skills. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a paralegal and to provide high-quality legal services to employers and to clients.
